Mr. Brad Massey is our principal, 7th and 8th grade teacher, and Band Director.
Mr. Massey received his Bachelors of Arts degree from Concordia College in Ann Arbor, MI in 1987. He earned his Masters Degree in Science Education from Eastern Michigan University in 1993 and his Specialist Degree from Eastern Michigan University in 2003. He has a major in Music education and a minor in Science. In his spare time, he likes to ref soccer, run, and fish.
Mrs. Sue Griffith teaches Spelling and Social Studies. She counts it a privilege to share the love of Jesus within the context of any lesson she teaches. She received her undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University and a master’s in the Art of Teaching from Aquinas College, Grand Rapids, Michigan. Her personal interests include music, reading, movies, and spending time with her grandsons.
One of the goals of our seventh and eighth grade is to have the students ready for the step into high school. High academic standards are enforced and emphasis on study skills, cooperative learning and practical learning skills are a goal.
